this week

1. Funny how going sans bra feels so relaxing. It’s a great feeling. Boys must feel this way sans boxer shorts. Just letting things flow as they may without the hindrance of wire or cotton.

2. I was flipping channels and came upon the movie Prime (with Uma and Meryl) and Uma’s character said: ‘His penis is just so beautiful, I could knit it a hat’. All by myself I snorted on my lime spritzed water.

3. We hung my latest painting up on the wall, and true to form, Lee came up with a crazy name for it. During the process of painting it, my frame became un-squared and so appears (and is) slightly trapezoidal. It’s a painting of a sail boat, so Lee called it the ‘drunken sailor’. I like it. Wonder if that title will be appealing after I correct it’s geometry?

4. I think I’ll bring my underwater casing to my next aqua-fit class. Get some fun shots in the pool. I miss using it now that I’ve looked through all our snorkeling shots from Mexico…

5. Hot chocolate enhances the outdoor experience. Last week Lee and I popped out to the ice road to do a time lapse of the sunset (turned out beautifully). Once we had the camera set up and all the settings done to Lee’s liking, we sipped on some hot chocolate and watched the sunset.

Hero you are right. More Mexico.

exploring an isolated beach

Lee and I kept walking past the busy resort beaches and came upon this beauty of a place.  Soft sand, great little bay with pelicans and herons…and a deserted building that was being used as a home for a few families.  We spoke to a few local fishermen and waved at their kids staring from the balconies.

easy peasy
